一、概述：
该型号为 YS1的变形产品，是一款用于过程测量的压力变送器。其核
心部件电容式陶瓷传感器具有一流的测量特性，特别适合在低压测量中使
用。平齐安装的电容式陶瓷传感器还具有很强的耐腐蚀性，能够抵抗大多
数腐蚀性介质的侵蚀。通过选用陶瓷 Al2O3 纯度96%的隔膜，压力变送
器的介质兼容性将得到进一步提高。压力接口材料为不锈钢。传感器与压
力接口的连接通过FKM 密封圈密封。其他密封件材料可视客户需求提供，
请咨询。此外还有多种适合流程工业不同应用的过程连接件可供用户选用。
广泛用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、制药、食品等许多工业领域。
1. General Remark：
This type is derived from YS1, use for process measuring pressure
transmitter. ItsCore component capacitance type sensor has superior
measuring features, specially suitable for low pressure measurement.
Flush mounting capacitance type sensor also has high corrosion-proof
ability, withstand most corrosive media. By using ceramic A1203 purity
96% diaphragm, pressure transmitter’s media compatibility is further
improved. Pressure connection is in stainless steel. Sensor and pressure
connection are sealed using FKM sealing ring. Other sealing material can
be made on request, please consult. Moreover there are many process
connections for all kinds of flow industries available on request.

三、工作原理
变送器由传感器与电子元件线路组成，被测介质的压力直接作用于传感器的陶瓷膜片上，
使膜片产生与介质压力成正比的微小位移，正常工作状态下，膜片最大位移不大于 0.
025mm，电子线路检测这一位移量后，即把这一位移量转换成对应这一压力的标准工业
测量信号（即 4～20）mA。超压时膜片直接贴到坚固的陶瓷基体上，由于膜片与基体的
间隙只有0.1mm，过载时膜片的最大位移只能是0.1mm，所以从结构上保证了膜片不会
产生过大变形。由于膜片采用高性能的工业陶瓷，因而使传感器具有很强的抗冲击及抗过
载能力。
Transmitter is composed of sensor and electronic element circuit, pressure of
measured medium directly applies on sensor’s ceramic diaphragm, force
diaphragm to displace tinily in proportion to pressure of medium, under normal
working condition, diaphragm displace no more than 0.025mm, electronic circuit
detects this displacement, and convert it into standard industrial measuring
signal i.e. (4～20mA) corresponding to this pressure. When overpressure,
diaphragm directly stick to solid ceramic base body, as there is only 0.1mm gap
between diaphragm and base body, when overpressure, the maximum dia-
phragm displacement could be no more than 0.1mm, (at that time, measuring
diaphragm sticks to ceramic bracket, avoid damage) so structurally prevent
diaphragm from excessive deformation. Because diaphragm adopts high func-
tional industrial ceramic, sensor is significantly shock-proof and overload-proof.

五、 结构及安装方式

1. 直接安装在测量点上（任意角度）。
2. 尽量安装在温度梯度与温度波动小的测压点上，同时避免强振动和冲击。
3. 室外安装时，尽可能放置于保护盒内，避免阳光直射和雨淋，以保持变送器性能稳定和延长使用寿命。
4. 测量蒸汽或其它高温介质时，注意不要使变送器的工作温度超限。必要时，请安装散热装置或其它冷却装置
连接。
5. 安装时应在变送器和介质之间加装压力截止阀，以便检修和防止取压口堵塞而影响测量精度。在压力波动范
围大的场合还应加装阻尼器或压力缓冲装置。
注：不得随意更换或改动可能影响防爆性能的元器件或结构。
5. construction and mounting method
1. directly mount on measuring point（any angle）
2. suggest mount on measuring point with lower temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation, meanwhile
avoid vibration and impact.
3. in case of outdoor mounting, preferred mounting in protection case, avoid direct exposure to sunlight and
rainfall, to maintain transmitter’s functional stability and longer service life.
4. when measuring steam or other high temperature media, make sure transmitter’s working temperature limit
is observed. Fit cooler or other cooling device if necessary.
5. when mounting, shut valve should be used between transmitter and medium, for easy maintenance and to
prevent pressure taking port from blocking that influences measuring accuracy. Damper or pressure buffer
should be used where big pressure fluctuation exists.
Note ：random replacing or altering elements or construction that may impair explosion-proof function is
prohibited.

6. System connection and adjustment
Connection of pressure transmitter in measuring system refers to figure 3. Suggest power supply Us uses
24V.DC。
Sampling resistance in secondary instrument （load resistance）R L uses 250Ω。If resistance deviates for
Us and R L , R L value shall not exceed the value from formula R L =
Power supply is connected to transmitter with signal cable, connections holes at both sides of top of
transmitter is sealed with cable or assembled with signal cable, signal cable is fastened by lock nuts, idle
connection hole must be sealed.
A：measuring system wiring scheme
Shielded signal cable must be used in system loop, and must be grounded firmly.
(12-30V direct current power supply)
B：intrinsically safety type pressure transmitter
YS-1-B intrinsically safety type pressure transmitter adopts intrinsically safety circuit, suitable for explosive
hazardous zone, explosion-proof class ExiaIICT5(explosion-proof certificate no. ：CE042114)，technical func-
tion index is same as standard pressure transmitter. Shielded signal cable must be used in system loop, and must
be grounded firmly.

六、系统连接及调试
变送器在测量系统中的连接见图3。建议电源电压Us 选用 24V.DC。
二次仪表中采样电阻（负载电阻）R L 的阻值选用250Ω。如果Us和R L 选用别的数值，那么R L = 值
不能超过由公式计算得到的数值。
注：变送器顶部两侧面的连接孔用电缆密封或信号线装配，信号电缆通过紧固螺母锁紧，不用的连接口必须
密封。
A：测量系统接线图
在系统回路中必须采用屏蔽信号电缆，并可靠接地。
B：本安型压力变送器
YS-1-B本安型压力变送器采用本质安全电路，适用于爆炸危险区域，防爆等级ExiaIICT5(防爆合格证编号：
CE042114)，技术性能指标与普通型压力变送器相同。在系统回路中必须采用屏蔽信号电缆，并可靠接地。
