The RoHS Compliant MSW Series of Surface Mount High Power SP2T & SP3T Switches operate from 20 to 6000 MHz and are offered as Asymmetrical & Symmetrical configurations.
Aeroflex now has complimentary MPD drivers (+125V, -200V)! A single driver (MPD2T28125-700 for example) can drive Aeroflex‘‘s high power switches!
Switch Key Features:
- Higher Average Power Handling than Plastic Packaged MMICS (158 W C.W.)
- Higher Peak Power Handling than Plastic packaged MMICS ( 650 W Peak Power )
- Lower Insertion Loss (0.25 dB) and Higher IIP3 (65 dBm)

Operates from + Voltage ( +5 V & +28V to +125 V ) or
- Voltage ( +5V & -28V to -200 V ).
MPD Driver Key Features:
- Higher Output Voltage and Higher Output Current PIN Diode Driver in Surface Mount Package
- Usable with MSW2060 Series Symmetrical High Power SP2T Switches
- Operates from 2 Polarities: +5V and ( - 15V to - 200 V )
- Higher Output Currents ( -50 mA ) for Lower Switch Loss and ( + 50 mA ) for Higher Isolation
- Single TTL Input Control, 2 Complementary Outputs
- RoHS Complaint
Applications: Military Radio, IED, WiMax, MRI, and other Higher Power, Higher Linearity Surface Mount Switching.
