RNA200 IEEE802.16e-2005 PHY/MAC SoC
Mobile Subscribers Station SoC for WiMAX/WiBro, beyond 3G Cellular Networks, Broadband Wireless Access Systems. The RNA200
is a state-of-the art 90 nanometer technology design that complies with the OFDMA Wave II MISO profile of the IEEE802.16e-2005
standard; it includes mixed signal cores, an ARM 11 CPU and interfaces to various terminal types such as: PCMCIA, USB. CPE and
Compact Flash. The RNA200 supports different Operation Systems and RFIC solutions.
RNA2000 IEEE802.16e-2005 PHY/MAC SoC
Base Station SoC for WiMAX/WiBro, beyond 3G Cellular Networks, Broadband Wireless Access Systems. The RNA2000, complies
with the OFDMA Wave II MIMO profile of the IEEE802.16e-2005 standard, for implementation of Macro, Micro and Pico Base
Stations as well as Femto cells.
