某技术中心采用TT10K进行船舶扭矩、功率测试
TT10K applied in Ship Torque&Power test

      能源的有效利用越来越被大家重视。某技术中心开展多项节能减排研究，其中船舶燃油消耗及节能监测研究，可以为水运行业节能政策的制定提供数据和技术支撑。
       Efficent use of enegry is drawing more and more attention nowerdays. A technology center carries out a number of energy saving and emission reduction studies, among which the ship fuel consumption and energy saving monitoring could provide data and technical support for the formulation of energy saving policy of shipping industry.

      该中心工程师需要一套便携的设备，方便到各种营运船舶上进行轴的扭矩、功率测试，获取第一手数据资料。然后结合燃油消耗方面的数据，就可以做出燃油经济性方面的判断。
       Engieneers need a set of portable equipment easy to take to test the shaft torque and power on an operation ship, to get first hand data. Combining with date of fuel consumption, they can make a judement on fuel economy.

      该项目采用了Binsfeld TorqueTrak10K扭矩遥测系统，发射机非常小巧，拆装方便，适于各种尺寸轴，14位的分辨率，接收机的输出为模拟电压信号，对数据采集系统有很好的通用适应性。
       Engineers used Binsfeld Torque Trak10k on this project. The transmitter is very compact, easy to reassemble and is suitable to variety sizes of shaft. With 14 bit resolution, the receiver’s output is analog voltage siganal. It is very popular and highly adapbatle to DAQ systems.

       转速传感器采用PLT200激光转速表。Speed sensor system used PLT200 laser tachometer.

       数据采集系统采用MCC USB-1608。DAQ system used MCC USB-1608.

       根据用户的要求，我们提供了定制的中文软件，包括参数设置、数据采集、显示、回放、报告等功能。用户只要简单几步设置，扭矩、转速、功率的数据和曲线图就可以在线显示出来。
       Based on user requests, we provide customized Chinese software, including parameter setting, data acquisition, display, playback, reporting and other functions. Only several steps set by the user, the date and graphs of torque, speed, power can be displayed online.

      目前，他们对测试又有了新的要求，希望3套扭矩测试系统的测试能够同时进行。这对于TT10K来说并不难，只要设置为将不同的RF通道，3套甚至更多的TT10K都可以同时工作而互不干扰。采集器的通道本来就有冗余，只要在采集软件中做相应的程序改动就可以实现。
       大家看，用TT10K来测试扭矩不仅简单方便，而且非常灵活。

      At present, they had new requirement on the test and hoped that three sets of TT system could work at the same time. It is easy. Setting different RF channels and then 3 sets or more TT10K could work simultaneously without disturbing each other. There is already channel redundancy in DAQ device and the setting can easily be achieved by changing corresponding programs in the data acquisition software.
